This morning crawled outta bed at 6am, 15min earlier than my usual wake-up time, to bring my 2 students to the Inter-School Table Tennis Elite Tournament at god knows where...
In the morning, it was guys singles and unfortunately, the kid din perform well and lost 3 sets. so... it gave me an hour plus break before going for the gals singles at noon.
this gal is only a S1 kid and she's powerful! she won the first game by 3-1, but lost 0-3 in the next round... felt quite sad for her, tho she's given her best. and i must say, she has REALLY REALLY nice, curly eye-lashes, tho you probably can't see it from here.
i stayed there from 8am -2pm and watched quite a lot of matches... hands were feeling itchy and i made use of this opportunity to observe how some of the players play and serve and hopefully i can play better nx time~!
and in-between game breaks, i went outta the indoor stadium and watched the gals basketball tournament outside. watching them play, just suddenly brought back fond memories of the time i spent playing ball in uni as well as those 'almost' weekly ball sessions with gpu. and it's only after that then i realized how much i miss playing bball and how much i wish to play it again RIGHT NOW! even if it means just one touch! *itchy hands*
last nite gotta played A BIT of badminton with some younger teachers before tuition and i was happy to see that i actually still played pretty well~ hoho~ will be playing every fri with them since they've oredi booked the court one mth in advance. awesome!
and i had SO MUCH FUN tutoring last nite. one hour for the elder sis, an hour for the bro... haha tat little brat was SO CUTE i almost wanna strangle him and puke blood! -_- haha but honestly, i really had a great time teaching them and for the first time in the past few months, i finally have a sense of satisfaction~ halleluya~ ;p
